2020 Update: We Are Open!
The Sunnyside Produce Pumpkin Patch is open from 10am to 7:30pm every day for the month of October. The petting zoo is available on weekends from 12pm-7:30pm. We are taking all of the proper precautions to maintain social distancing and keep our customers safe when visiting our family-friendly pumpkin patch in Soquel.
Located just a quarter-mile from the main Sunnyside Produce grocery store, the Sunnyside Pumpkin Patch will delight your family and friends and get you ready for the fall season! Come visit us at 2831 Daubenbiss Avenue in Soquel.
Fun Activities at the Sunnyside Pumpkin Patch
We are proud to offer a variety of fun activities for people of all ages. Come on down to the Sunnyside Pumpkin Patch to pick out pumpkins, take photos, visit our petting zoo, and more.
Carving Pumpkins
We offer the most affordable pumpkin prices in the area. There are many different varieties of locally sourced pumpkins from our farmer partners in Santa Cruz county to choose from.
Gourds and Squash
Our gourds and squash last up to a year. They will add a beautiful decorative element to your home throughout the fall months, including during Thanksgiving season.
Gift Shop
Our gift shop features a range of products to get your home ready for the fall season. Halloween items, autumn decorations, fall-themed gift baskets, and more are available for purchase.
Games
We have a number of Halloween-themed games available for kids and parents. Bean bag, ring toss, spider games, and other activities are available with prizes.
Photo Opportunities
We have a number of great photo opportunities available, including shots of our vibrantly-colored pumpkins, squash, and gourds. They are beautifully displayed on rustic crates and hay bales, surrounded by country tractors, all setting the ultimate fall scene. We also have life-size paintings commemorating El Día de Muertos, as well as other fall scenes. When posting your photos on social media, don’t forget to add the #sunnysidepumpkinpatch tag!
Graveyard
Come visit our spooky graveyard to get in the Halloween spirit! This is a great way for kids and families to enjoy the season and a day out in a safe and outdoor setting. The graveyard is another great photo opportunity for Halloween-lovers! So why not venture out for a fun-filled day enjoying the activities we have to offer at our pumpkin patch in Soquel, and take the opportunity to purchase the lowest cost pumpkins in the Santa Cruz area.
Petting Zoo
Our petting farm is open during the weekends and features pygmy sheep, rabbits, ducks, and chickens. Come and take advantage of the petting zoo from noon until 7:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the month of October.
Jump House
Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic and out of respect for the health and safety of our customers, we have decided to remove our jump house from our available activities this year. We hope to bring it back next year!
